5 Plants That Will Help You Have a Healthy Heart

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the number one cause of death in America is heart disease, and the number of people who die from coronary heart disease every year exceeds 370,000. Although these facts may be unsettling, there are a number of things you can do to help prevent heart disease. One thing you can do is turn to the following plants for help.
