Q&A
- Your vitamin D3+K2 says to take 1 capsule a day, but your recommendation says 2 capsules per day. Will taking 1 capsule give the full dosage of ingredients or does it take 2 to get 125mcg of D3 and 100mcg of K2. . That is very confusing. Not sure what I would really be getting. And if taking 2, it sounds like too much of the ingredients. Help clarify please.
- Hi Donna, Thank you for your question, and we apologize for the confusion! You're correct, the serving size is for one capsule. The directions are to take one capsule twice daily. You can do this at the same time or at separate times in the day. The serving for two capsules is a common serving size and very safe/beneficial for consumption. We hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of any further assistance! Sincerely, Jordan Conner | MFL Customer Support Team
- What is the source of the D3 and K2?
- Hi Cliff, This is Jordan Conner with MFL Customer Support. Thank you for your question and we apologize for our delayed response. The Vitamin D3 in our supplement is sourced from cholecalciferol, which is typically derived from lanolin (a natural substance obtained from sheep’s wool). This form of vitamin D3 is highly bioavailable and effectively supports the body’s calcium absorption. The Vitamin K2 is provided as MK-7 (menaquinone-7), which is a bioactive form of vitamin K2. MK-7 is commonly derived from fermented soybeans (natto) and is known for its longer half-life in the body, making it a highly effective form of vitamin K2 for supporting bone and cardiovascular health. If you have any further questions or need more information, feel free to reach out! Sincerely, Jordan Conner | MFL Customer Support Team
