• Please do not refuse delivery or mark a package as “Return to Sender.” These packages may take months to reach us (if at all), and we won’t be aware of your intent to return. To ensure you receive a timely refund, contact us directly.

• Packages refused or returned without contacting us first may be subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per bottle, deducted from the refund.
