The Services are intended for users located in the United States. The Services are not intended to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or GLBA. You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. ME FIRST LIVING POSTER (SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT TOOL)

Me First Living LLC operates Me First Living Poster, a social media content management application ("the App") used to publish, schedule, and manage content on third-party platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, on behalf of Me First Living LLC.

The App accesses third-party platforms solely to manage and publish content for Me First Living's official social media accounts. Me First Living Poster does not collect, store, or share personal data of end users of this website. Use of the App is governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, software, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to Me First Living LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Legal Terms

  • You will comply with all applicable laws

  • Any information you provide is accurate and current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

5. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled

  • You authorize recurring charges

  • You may cancel through your account or by contacting support@mefirstliving.com

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

8. RETURNS

Returns are governed by our posted Return Policy.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer site code

14. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ME FIRST LIVING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Me First Living LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

Informal Resolution:
The parties agree to attempt informal resolution before arbitration.

Binding Arbitration:
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Comal County, Texas.

Jury Trial Waiver:
YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Class Action Waiver:
Disputes must be brought individually only.

19. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Legal Terms.

20. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Legal Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy legal requirements for written communications.
