Feel great
"Both my wife and I have been using Turmeric Curcumin 1000mg, for 1 full month, started my 2 month, feel great, less pain in hands and joints. Sleep great, and in the morning feel great and wide awake. We are both 69 and spend 6 to 7 hours working in our yard and flower gardens. Sure a great product!"

Tumeric Curcumin Capsules
"I take 3 of these capsules a day. I have arthritis in almost every joint in my body, have had 2 knee replacements, 2 shoulder replacements and rods and screws from my shoulder blades passed my waist. I have very little pain in these or other joints. I believe it to be the tumeric that keeps the pain away. Thanks Me First Living for the good product!!"
Great product
"I had been taking Relief Factor for a year and was getting only minimal results. Their curcumin level is much lower than the Me First Living brand. Since switching to this curcumin I've had greater control of my inflammation. I'm also taking the Omega 3 gel caps with this and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this."

Q&A
- Can the capsule contents be made into a tea? Thank you.
- Hi Ray, This is Jordan Conner with MFL Customer Support. Thank you for your question and we apologize for our delayed response. Yes, the contents of our turmeric capsules can be made into a tea. Simply open the capsule and mix the turmeric powder with hot water. For better absorption, we recommend adding a pinch of black pepper (Bioperine) or a small amount of healthy fat, such as coconut oil or ghee, as these can enhance the absorption of curcuminoids. Keep in mind that turmeric has a strong flavor, so you may want to sweeten the tea or add it to a blend with other herbs or spices to balance the taste. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out! Sincerely, Jordan Conner | MFL Customer Support Team

- When I Google Hypromellose I see it has something to do with eyes/tears. Why is this ingredient in Turmeric?
- Hi Elly, This is Jordan Conner with Me First Living Health & Wellness Customer Support Team. Thank you very much for reaching out to us! Great question! Hypromellose is basically a vegan friendly gelatin used to make the capsules and we use leucine as a flow agent for our turmeric instead of more controversial ingredients such as Magnesium Stearate. Since Turmeric is tacky in texture, it is extremely difficult for machines to fill and often causes them to stop during the manufacturing process. To reduce this problem manufacturers add a very minimal amount of a flow agent ingredient to help their machines run more smoothly and efficiently without having to stop numerous times during the process. This problem is so tough on machines that manufacturers will not produce turmeric supplements without a flow agent, however, because the amount of flow agent that is in turmeric supplements can be so minuscule, many brands choose not to even disclose the flow agent on their label. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time for any reason as we're always available and happy to help! Have a wonderful day!
